We had the replacement done several months ago and it went well. We like the new door and the work was done in a day. The colour was a bit different from the rest of the house (there was no paint option to match our windows) but they helpfully sent us a paint chip so that we have a reference in case we want to paint later. After a few months of use and the onset of Spring, the seal separated from the garage frame and we called Dodds who sent someone within a couple days to repair it. Since then, no issues and the door is great.——-
Dodds is replacing our garage door soon and I will update this review once that is complete.In the meantime, Dodds has a great service where they will temporarily fix your current garage so that it works while you wait for the replacement. Serhii came and fixed our garage today and he was very professional, worked efficiently, explained what he did, and most importantly parked his van in a way that did not disturb the neighbours which is very important in our little community. Thanks Serhii, really appreciate it.
